Orders containing in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately at no extra Standard shipping cost.
Expedited/Express is not guaranteed for release‑day dispatch.

Address Changes & Cancellations

We can edit or cancel orders only before fulfillment begins. Contact us ASAP with your order number.
Once shipped, reroutes and hold requests must be made directly with the carrier and may incur fees.
For fraud prevention, we cannot change the delivery address to a different state after checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Report delivery issues within 7 days of the carrier’s “Delivered” scan (or expected delivery date if lost). We’ll help file a claim and investigate.
