Free Standard Shipping on US orders $150+ before tax. Automatic at checkout. Exclusions apply for oversized or multiple-pair shipments.

Overview

All orders are shipped from our Indianapolis facility following authentication and quality checks. Processing times are business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Delivery estimates below begin after your order has shipped.

  • Same-day ship cutoff: 2:00 PM EST on business days (when available)
  • Orders $500+ or high-risk may require signature upon delivery
  • Real-time tracking sent by email and available in your account

Notes: Delivery times may extend for remote addresses or during peak releases/holidays. Weekend delivery is carrier-dependent and not guaranteed. Some releases may be ineligible for expedited methods.

Order Processing

Authentication & Prep

Most in-stock orders process within 1–2 business days. During high-demand drops, please allow up to 3 business days for authentication, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

Cutoff Times

Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST on business days may ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

Track Your Order

  • Tracking is emailed once your label is created. It may take up to 24 hours to show movement.
  • Log into your account any time to see live updates.
  • Didn’t receive a tracking email? Check spam or contact support.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen automatically based on service level, destination, and warehouse load to get your pair to you fast and safely.

Pre‑Orders & Release Dates

  • Pre‑order items ship on or shortly after the official release date and may be subject to brand street dates.
  • Orders containing in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately at no extra Standard shipping cost.
  • Expedited/Express is not guaranteed for release‑day dispatch.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • We can edit or cancel orders only before fulfillment begins. Contact us ASAP with your order number.
  • Once shipped, reroutes and hold requests must be made directly with the carrier and may incur fees.
  • For fraud prevention, we cannot change the delivery address to a different state after checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Claims Window

Report delivery issues within 7 days of the carrier’s “Delivered” scan (or expected delivery date if lost). We’ll help file a claim and investigate.

Delivery Safety

  • Orders $500+ may require an adult signature.
  • Consider carrier pickup locations if you won’t be home.
  • Photograph any visible box damage before opening.

Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking, per our Returns Policy.

Taxes, Fees & Exclusions

  • Sales tax is collected where required by law and shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping thresholds apply to merchandise subtotal before tax and after discounts.
  • Oversized packaging, multiple-pair orders, or remote addresses may have surcharges shown at checkout.

Holiday & Peak Season

  • During major drops and holidays, please allow additional processing time.
  • Carriers may suspend guaranteed delivery windows due to weather or network conditions.
  • Order early to hit gift dates. We post cutoff reminders on site banners.
