7. Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please promptly report lost or damaged packages so we can assist with a carrier claim where applicable.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. In general, unworn items in original condition with all accessories and packaging may qualify within the stated window.
• Return shipping costs and restocking fees, if any, are disclosed in our policy and may vary by product and reason for return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

• All products offered are subject to our authentication process. We list only pairs that pass our multi‑point inspection.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Color perception can vary by screen. Retro and limited releases may have minor factory variations.

10. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Promotions and coupon codes are subject to their stated terms, including start/end dates, exclusions, and usage limits.
• Unless specified, promotions cannot be combined and do not apply to prior purchases, taxes, shipping, or gift cards.
• Gift cards are nonrefundable, not reloadable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
